Adoption – The Learning Never Stops

One of the statistics I discovered during my research is that 1/3rd of all adolescents referred to for psychotherapy are adopted. I knew that both of my adopted children benefitted from therapy as teens, yet when I look back, I realize that we did not have adoption competent therapists.

I was introduced to Boston Post Adoption Resources and was intrigued that they specialize in adoption competent therapy. Not surprisingly, the demand for their services is great.
